Please be informed that you need K-ETA approval before boarding the flight or ship for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA via the K-ETA official website www.k-eta.go.kr or mobile AppWelcome - K-ETA
The South Korean Government has announced that the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) will be an optional travel document starting April 1st, 2023, until December 31st, 2024.
This means that travelers are not required to obtain an ETA to enter South Korea during this period.
Only persons attending unpaid business meetings or business conferences can apply for a Business ETA. Travellers engaged in profit-making activities are required to obtain a business visa. Please return to our homepage to resubmit your nationality and destination and select "Business" from our list of travel purposes.
Applicants under the age of 18 or over 64 do not require an ETA to enter South Korea.
