VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR KOREA
Please be informed that you need K-ETA approval before boarding the flight or ship for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA via the K-ETA official website www.k-eta.go.kr or mobile AppWelcome - K-ETA
TOURIST VISA - (Required if staying over 90 days for U.S. Passports) Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One (1) passport size color photo. Black & white photos are not accepted.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
BUSINESS VISA - (Required if staying over 90 days for U.S. Passports) Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One (1) passport size color photo. Black & white photos are not accepted.
4. Notarized business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Korea and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
5. Invitation letter from the host company in South Korea.
6. Business registration for the company in South Korea.
7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

A. Non-U.S. passport must send the original green card.
B. Fees may vary for non-U.S. passports. If so, we will advise you after we submit your application to the consulate.
C. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.
D. Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
