VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR GABON

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two (2) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photos, color.

4. A copy of confirmed hotel reservation(s). If staying in various hotels, please provide copies of each reservation. A letter from inviting family member or friend is required if they are providing accommodations to the applicant. The letter must include date of applicant's arrival, length of stay and host's contact information including telephone number and full home address

5. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

6. Vaccination certificate for yellow fever.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two (2) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photos, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Gabon and financial guarantee for all your expenses. Please specify on your business letter if multiple entries are needed.

5. Invitation letter from host company. Emailed or fax copy will be acceptable.

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

7. Vaccination certificate for yellow fever.

FEES:

THREE (3) MONTH SINGLE / MULTIPLE ENTRY

EMBASSY & WPVS FEES : $310.00 (7-10 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)

EMBASSY & WPVS FEES : $410.00 (3-5 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)

A. Non-U.S. passports must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.

B. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.

C. Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.

PLEASE INCLUDE $25.00 FOR RETURN OF YOUR PASSPORT & VISA.
