VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR COTE D'IVOIRE

TOURIST VISA -Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two completed application form. (blue form) All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photo, color.

4. Copy of Hotel Confirmation or Letter of invitation from Cote D'Ivoire host.(family)

5. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

6. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) color passport size photos full face picture on white background.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Bolivia and financial guarantee for all your expenses. If multi entry visa is required, please make reference on your business letter to the Embassy.

5. Letter of invitation from Cote D'Ivoire host.

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

7. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required.
