                                     VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR CHAD 

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following: 

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Three (3) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Three (3) passport size photos, color.

4. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever.

5. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.     

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following: 

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Three (3) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Three (3)  passport size photos, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Chad and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever. 

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

                                   $200.00 Per Visa (Multiple Entries - Valid Three Months)

                                   $250.00 Per Visa (Multiple Entries - Valid Six Months)

                                   $50.00 Per Visa (Additional Rush Fee for 24-48 hours Issue)
