VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two (2) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photos, color.

4.A letter from the applicant's employer confirming that the applicant will return back to U.S.A in order to resume his/her duties after the visit;

5.Invitation letter from the inviting party in Central African Republic

6. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever.

7. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two (2) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photos, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Central African Republic and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5.Invitation letter from the inviting party in Central African Republic

6. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever.

7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

5 BUSINESS DAY $150.00

EMBASSY FEES:

SHORT STAY $150.00 (1-3 MONTHS)

LONG STAY $200.00 (6 MONTHS-1 YEAR)
