                            VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR BURUNDI 

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following: 

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Three (3) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Three (3) passport size photos, color.

4. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever.

5. For visiting friends and relatives, an invitation from the host in Burundi is required

6. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, and a hotel confirmation required.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following: 

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Three (3) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Three (3)  passport size photos, color.

4. Invitation from the host Company in Burundi is required.

5. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Burundi and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

6. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever. 

7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

EMBASSY FEES:

THREE (3) SINGLE OR MULTIPLE ENTRY / 30 DAY STAY                                 

15 business day processing      -  $90.00

TRANSIT VISA FEE SINGLE ENTRY

15  business day processing           -  $40.00

A. Non-U.S. passport must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.

B. Fees will vary for non-U.S. passports. Please call us.

C. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day. 

PLEASE INCLUDE $25.00 FOR RETURN OF YOUR PASSPORT & VISA.
