VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR LIBERIA

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months

2. Two (2) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport quality photos color.

4. Evidence of sufficient funds for travel (copy of latest bank statement).

5. Vaccination Certificate for yellow fever.

6. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two (2) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport quality photos, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Liberia and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5. Vaccination certificate for yellow fever.

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

FEES: ONE YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY / 30 DAY STAY
