VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR TURKMENISTAN

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One completed application form. All questions answered and signed. If there is a problem with the opening the Application Form, then you have to download and save it to your files. It should open after you save).

3. One passport size photo, color.

4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

5. Invitation from person in Turkmenistan, approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

6..Please provide a color copy of your Driver's License OR State ID.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One completed application form. All questions answered and signed. If there is a problem with the opening the Application Form, then you have to download and save it to your files. It should open after you save).

3. One passport size photo, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Turkmenistan and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5. Invitation from the company to be visited in Turkmenistan, approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

7..Please provide a color copy of your Driver's License or State ID.
