VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR PHILIPPINES

Visa not required for U.S. passports for stays up to 30 days

TOURIST VISA - IF STAYING 31-59 DAYS PLEASE SEND THE FOLLOWING:

1.U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One (1) completed application form duly notarized. All questions answered and signed.

3. One (1) passport size color photo, Name and Signature on front bottom of photograph.

4.Copy of recent bank statement as proof of sufficient funds for travel.

5.Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

6. Embassy of Philippines Jurisdiction is AL, DC, FL, GA, KY, MD, NC, SC, TN, VA, and WV.

7. If You live in a different Jurisdiction Please give us a call.

BUSINESS VISA - IF STAYING 31-59 DAYS PLEASE SEND THE FOLLOWING:

1.U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One (1) completed application form duly notarized. All questions answered and signed.

3. One (1) passport size color photo, Name and Signature on front bottom of photograph.

4.Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in the Philippines and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

6.You must obtain an official letter of invitation from your sponsor or host. The organization you will be visiting is responsible for obtaining the invitation. This letter must:

Include your name as printed your passport.

7. Embassy of Philippines Jurisdiction is AL, DC, FL, GA, KY, MD, NC, SC, TN, VA, and WV.

WPVS FEE: ( IN JURISDICTION ONLY) $100.00

*Residents of other jurisdictions WPVS FEE: $125.00

SIX MONTH MULTI ENTRY / 59 DAYS EACH STAY

4-5 business day processing - $ 90.00

NON-US CITIZENS FEES

For nationals of countries without visa agreement with the Philippines:

Single entry valid for three (3) months US$ 40.00

Multiple entry valid for six (6) months US$ 80.00

Multiple-entry valid for twelve (12) months US$ 120.00

D.Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
