VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR PANAMA
TOURIST VISA NON-US - Please send the following:
1. NON-U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Letter of Invitation from responsible person in Panama.
5. Copy of recent bank statement and letter from employer stating position and salary.
6. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
BUSINESS VISA NON-US - Please send the following:
1. NON-U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and application signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Panama and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
5. Letter of invitation from your host/sponsor in Panama.
6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
FEES: 4-5 Business day processing
WPVS FEE: $65.00
EMBASSY FEE: $85.00

A. Single entry visa is valid 30 days from date of issuance, stay up to 30 days.
B. Non-U.S. passport must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.
C. Fees will vary for non-U.S. passports. Please call us.
D. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.
E. Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
