VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR NAMIBIA

TOURIST VISA - Visa required if staying over 90 days only. If so, please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photos, must be color not black & white.

4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. Two (2) completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.

3. Four (4) passport size photos, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Namibia and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

WPVS FEES:

$100.00 Single OR Multiple entry visa issued in 5 days.

$125.00 Multiple entries visa in issued 1-2 days.

EMBASSY FEE:

$ 50.00 Single entry visa issued in 5 days.

$100.00 Multiple entries visa issued in 5 days

$100.00 Single entry visa issued in 1-2 days.

$150.00 Multiple entries visa issued in 1-2 days.

A. Non-U.S. passport must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.
