VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR MALAWI

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.Two visa pages required.

2. Two (2) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photo, color.

4. Copy of the sponsor's residential status in Malawi (i.e. Permit or Malawi Passport if Malawian)

5. Copy of an Invitation Letter from the applicants host in Malawi is required.

5. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.Two visa pages required.

2. Two (2) completed application form. All questions answered and application signed.

3. Two (2) passport size photo, color or b&w.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Malawi and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5. Copy of the sponsor's residential status in Malawi (i.e. Permit or Malawi Passport if Malawian)

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

WPVS FEE:

4-5 business day processing $100.00 

EMBASSY FEES:

THREE MONTH SINGLE ENTRY   $100.00

SIX MONTH MULTIPLE ENTRY    $220.00

ONE YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY       $300.00
