VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR THE REPUBLIC OF CONGO
TOURIST VISA- Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2.Two (2) completed application forms.All questions answered and signed.
3. Two (2) passport size photos, color.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
5. Letter of Invitation must be typewritten and notarized in the Republic of Congo, stating the nature of the trip, the name and address of a reference to be visited in the Republic of Congo. This letter must be addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Congo, Visa Section. OR Applicants Hotel Reservation(s).
BUSINESS VISA- Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2.Two (2) completed application form.All questions answered and application signed.
3. Two (2) passport size photos, color.
4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in The Republic of Congo and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
5. Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in the Republic of Congo.
6. If you are staying in a hotel(s) you must provide copies of confirmed hotel confirmations. Multiple hotels will require multiple confirmations covering your entire stay in The Republic of Congo.
7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
FEES: PROCESSING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
WPVS FEE: $150.00
EMBASSY FEE: $200.00

C. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.
D. Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
