VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR CAPE VERDE
TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Cape Verde and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
5. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

EMBASSY FEES:
$ 60.00 Per visa Single Entry - valid 3 months from date of issue for stay up to 30 days
$ 114.00 Per visa Multiple Entries - Traveler must first enter Cape Verde within three months of the issue date of the visa. Visa then becomes valid for 5 years from date of issue for stays up to 30/60/90 days each entry.
