                                     VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR LAOS
TOURIST VISA -Â please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. Two visa application forms. All questions answered and signed.
3. Three passport size photos, color.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary showing stay over 15 days.
BUSINESS VISA -Â please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. Two completed application forms. All questions answered and signed.
3. Three passport size photos, color.
4. Your host company in Laos must obtain an approval letter from the Immigration Department in Vientiane, to be sent to the Embassy of Laos in Washington. Processing is facilitated if a copy of the letter is submitted with the application.
