TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One(1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.
3. One passport size photo, color.
4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Cambodia and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
5. Letter of invitation from your host/sponsor in Cambodia.
6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
FEES:
WPVS FEES: $150.00 7-9 Business day processing
EMBASSY FEES: ONE (1) MONTH SINGLE ENTRY / 30 DAY STAY
7-9 Business day processing $50.00

A. Non-U.S. passport must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.

C. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.
D. Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
